The WorkOne partners, along with the Western Indiana Workforce Investment Board, would like to welcome Wabash Valley employers to our new website. It is our hope that you find this location a helpful resource for information and support services which are important to the success of your business. As with business, the WorkOne system must adapt to meet the changing needs and challenges of today’s dynamic economy. A major goal of the WorkOne system is to deliver the right services to employers at the right time. Direct employer services provided by WorkOne partner agencies include, but are not limited to; immediate linkage to training service providers and incumbent worker training grant opportunities, information on local and state labor market trends and area wage rates, newly improved assistance with candidate recruitment, matching, screening, and assessment through the Work Keys system, assistance with accessing and/or implementing business-related state and federal workforce programs, services for worker skills enhancement through partner GED and ABE instruction, and the posting of your job openings over the Internet. Continual improvement of the system is also a high priority for WorkOne partners and the Western Indiana Workforce Investment Board.
